Must apply through internet and then wait a lot. Best to call and speak with Clinical Manager or other manager after application - within a few days. Interview questions - Do you have a pulse? Dialysis used to require RNs to have floor experience, but those days are gone. You can be right out of school. Must love long term patients who have crabby attitudes. Must not mind being on feet all day. Must be willing to cover for others as well as your own stuff. Must function as part of a team

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
