I had 6 interviews total like a marathon and at the end to be ended by ignored for multiple week than a no. This is unacceptable, the process was not easy to follow neither between USA and the rest of the world.

Interview
Im Erstgespräch nahmen der Vorgesetzte und der Personaler teil. Im Zweitgespräch der Vorgesetzte und ein Fachvorgesetzter. Beide Gespräche waren sehr freundliche und offen. Das Bewerbungsgespräch verlief schnell und strukturiert. Von Bewerbungseingang bis Vertrag vergingen nur 6 Wochen.

Interview
Relatively long process with 8 individual interviews - human resources, co-workers, direct supervisor, department head, and several tangential employees. Many of the interviewers had few questions to asked and instead relied heavily on me to engage them. Overall everyone was friendly and the conversations were not difficult to maintain for 30 minutes each.
