      Ad Operations Specialist Interview

      4 Jun 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Pune
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Frequence (Pune) in May 2025

      Interview

The leadership is lost and don’t have the clarity of what they want from the candidate , they will waste your 2 months in interviews and will take 7 to 8 rounds but won’t release the offer letter. The HR team is the worst as they lack the basic decency to even provide feedback and clarity and will be stuck in taking follow ups from them all the time. If you are planning to join the organisation be very cautions as they are confused and will have unclear expectations. They have been trying from last 6 months to fill 6 position in ad ops and are not able to do so.
