French Connection Sales Assistant interview questions

The interview process was really informal (held outside in public space), but the questions were tough, albeit fair. Questions revolved around availability and previous retail experience. Questions also covered my approach to dealing with difficult customers.

10 minute sit down interview with a manager. Very casual and conversational/friendly. Asked questions about me and my experience and strengths. Called me the next day to say that I got the job.
