The process took about 1 month and consisted of 3 rounds of interviews – 1st round was with the Art Director, 2nd round was with the Event Manager (both virtual) and 3rd round was in-person at their HQ where you interview with the marketing team, CEO, and a person from HR (15min each for 1 hour). Overall, the team itself seems very nice and friendly but after making it through the last round, I was asked for sample work from my recent role and was informed that I would be hearing a final decision by the end of the week – It's been almost 3wks since then and there was no follow up from their end (I essentially got ghosted). Very disappointing experience and unprofessional.
