1. Screen discussion with recruiter.
2. Phone call with company. Talk through job requirements. Opportunity to talk about CV. Some basic and good questions around IoT. A description of what the company does.
3. Face to Face (F2F) with three areas - product management/data science/software and an interview with an executive. The F2F was highly disorganised. Someone joined one of the interview blocks midstream taking the discussion off at a tangent (then left!) - I was not able to tell the group more about the kind of commercial projects I deployed. The group ran out of time and I was left with no opportunity to ask what they did! The F2F finished with a one to one asking some basic CV questions but mainly repeating a few buzz words.
Generally speaking one should walk away from an interview feeling energised (which i didn't). There is no doubt this company really needs help.
I was not invited to the next stage and the reason given was that they wanted a healthcare person specifically. However, they knew that healthcare was not my background before I came to the interview. They wasted my time and money.
