I interviewed at Freeletics in Aug 2024

      Interview

Overall, a good company with friendly people. the interviewers were welcoming but somewhat inexperienced, leading to minor miscommunications and delays. despite this, the process was positive, and I never felt uncomfortable. It seems like a good place to work. However, I was disappointed by the feedback after three interviews. The hiring manager mentioned that I wasn’t 'passionate enough about sports,' which felt unrelated to my ability to perform the job.
