I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Freeflow Venture Builders in Sept 2023
Interview
The first round seemed promising, and I put a lot of dedication into it, with the interview lasting almost 1.5 hours. Then they gave me an assignment, and I worked tirelessly to complete it within the deadline. But the second round got canceled abruptly, where I was supposed to explain my codes. I tried reaching out for a whole week, but there was no response, which was really disappointing. They didn't even give me a chance to explain my side of the story for the project. When I finally got the feedback, it was only after multiple attempts on my part, and they said my project was overly done, without allowing me to explain why I did it the way I did. I believe an honest and transparent review was crucial, especially after putting so much time and effort into completing the not-so-small assignment. It's disheartening to have invested so much and yet receive nothing but disappointment.
