I went through a series of interviews before a final interview with one of the companies investors overseas. Not a typical practice.
From the very beginning he was condescending, had a combative tone and behavior (at one point raising his voice to calculate a cpm for a podcaster he felt passionate about) which was alarming and a significant departure from all of my interactions with actual team members.
This person also asked for very privileged information that is now owned by my previous employer at a public company. While I let him know I was unable to share all of the privileged details, it seems that did not matter to him (nor my ethics) and he continued to push, again in a very brash and argumentative way.
I hope my experience is an exception for candidates interviewing at Freed because it was truly poor and left me incredibly upset. I would not recommend this company.
