Free Speech TV interview questions

I think this is a cool company and I like what they do but the interview process was ridiculous and discouraging. After receiving my resume, they sent me two questions and asked that I film video responses to them. After receiving my video responses, they had me do an interview with 3 of their staff members. After the interview, they requested 3 references and spoke with all of them. 10 days after they spoke with my references, they contacted me to let me know that they had to delay choosing a candidate but that they were still interested. 2 weeks after this, they informed me that they had chosen another candidate but that they had a different, hourly position they wanted me to apply for and that they would contact me when they were taking applications for the position. I regularly waited weeks before receiving replies about this new position and it took over 2 months from the time I was rejected from the first position and told about the second before I actually did an interview for the second position. After I finally did an interview for the second position, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks and when I reached out, I was told that they were still deciding on a candidate and that I'd hear back soon. Two weeks after that, they reached out to tell me that they had gone with another candidate. So overall, I interviewed and stayed in contact with this employer for over 4 months and ended up not receiving an offer.
