It was personable and allowed for me to express myself. It felt more like a conversation then a formal interview, in a good way! There was a good balance between being able to answer questions that were asked, elaborating on things I wanted to mention and being able to ask questions myself.
Easy, just chatted with the manager and answered questions they had about my experience as it relates to the job and responsibilities. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Unsure about next steps.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Free People
Interview
I interviewed outside of the store inside the mall with the manager. She was really fun and down to earth and emulated the brand. I was mainly asked role play questions (i.e. what would you do in this situation). Overall it felt like a conversation and not like an interview. My only complaint is I was denied the position via email which I think is rude.
