Interview
The initial interview was done via a video interview software called HireVue. I received an email to complete the interview and I had a deadline of completing the interview within 5 days of receiving the email. The software was easy to use. I was asked 5 interview questions that I had to record my answers to. With each question, I had unlimited prep time and 2-3 minutes to answer. You can redo your answer 2 times if you don't like the first recording.

Why are you interested in the Buying role at Free People?
The process starts with a recruiter call, then project completion, and finally 2 interviews with DMMs. It ended up being about a month total. The interviews are focused around the project and presenting your work.

Got a first round interview. It was a video style interview that gave you a set amount of days to complete it by. Had a few questions you taped your answers and had a few chances per question.
