After applying they sent me the survey to fill out and shortly after that I was asked to join their open interviews. It went well in my opinion and the whole vibe was very chill. After the interview we were asked to pick out 2 outfits that would be put on display to show how we would style things. The employees were kind but did not seem very interested during the interview process. I asked questions and they couldn't even clearly answer why they love working at free people...

Straightforward and simple. I had to do multiple interviews, so I would recommend preparing yourself for a somewhat lengthy process. Overall, it took more than a month to complete the application and interview process
