Fraser Milner Casgrain interview questions

I applied for this position online and got a phone interview about 2 weeks later. The lady was friendly and the interview consisted of a number of basic questions. At the end of the phone interview she said they would be in touch. I waited about 3 week and after not hearing anything called to see what stage they were at. I was informed the position had been filled. I was disappointed because they said they would be in touch and I had to call them. If they had of said only successful applicants would be contacted that would be a different story.
