After a couple of weeks, 1st round of interview happened with the Hiring Manager which happened for an hour.
Then a 2nd round happened which was a technical round for 1 hour.
Then a couple of weeks later, I was asked to come to their campus for a day long live interview.
Post my day long interview in their campus, I was ghosted by the HR and Hiring manager. They did not answer my phone calls, emails and messages. After spending so much time and efforts for the interview, all I can expect is an simple answer even if I was not selected.
They treated as if my time was not even valuable.
Please do not take such interviews if you are not going to give a proper response to the candidates.
