Initial Interview with CTO. Very overarching interview that touched on many different facets of my experience, my goals, and how I would apply that in the position. Ended with positive impression. Technical interview followed the week after. Before that I was contacted that I had been the front runner, but someone with more experience had been found. Tech interview was in-depth and frank. Left with positive impression, but clear they had another person in mind.
