I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Franklin Energy
Interview
My first interview was via telephone with an HR representative. The second interview was on site with two 'higher-ups.' After a week or two and positive feedback from the HR rep, I had a third telephone interview with the Regional Director who also gave positive feedback. About a week later, I received an offer. Offer pended on a drug screening (which had to be completed within 24 hours of verbal offer) and background check. Throughout the entire process, I was regularly updated and kept in the loop, something that is greatly appreciated for those who may be applying to several jobs! This kept me interested and resulted in me accepting their offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you were told 'no' or turned down. How did you handle the experience?
interviews both with questions about my background. There was a logic question as well. The interview was one hour and was more a conversation. I left feeling good about my answers as well as the questions they asked.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Franklin Energy (Denver, CO) in Mar 2024
Interview
I spent a few hours preparing for an interview only for the recruiter to call me and tell me that they were looking solely for locals for this position. (I was willing to relocate). Waste of time.
This was a very professional interview with lots of applicable questions regarding the industry and field. The people here are nice to work with and are open to questions regarding the company and the working environment.
