It was quick phone interview and they were very thorough and prompt. The HR representative seemed very knowledgable in her process and it was a good experience. Be prepared to know about the company before going into the interview.

I was interviewed over the phone for about 10 minutes, then I was brought in for an in person interview a few days later. Pretty easy process for an entry level job. They were kind and professional.

Relaxed interview held at the FS offices, felt welcomed upon arrival. The interview was breif but informative. Was given the oppourtunity to ask questions and was asked more about what I wanted to achieve than my skillset.
