I interviewer at their Knoxville office four different times within almost a month for two different positions. After the first interview they told me they had changed with the position and it wasn't needed anymore, but they asked me to interview for the fleet manager position. I think the manager interviewed me for a favor because it really wasn't an in depth interview at all and then I met with HR. Follow up after interviews there is poor and they won't return emails at all. They are all very nice people, but their interview process needs work especially for follow up even if it's bad news. The candidates want to know either way!!
