We are sorry that the interview experience you had with FMI was not a positive one. To ensure a good fit and satisfied employees, we feel that the interview process should be collaborative and allow for us to evaluate the candidate as well as provide the opportunity for the candidate to evaluate FMI. The four hours spent with us after the initial interview is meant to allow for further exploration of a mutual fit for the position and the company. Several recent applicants have expressed appreciation for the thoroughness of our process, even two that were not offered positions.
