I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The initial online administrative competency and personality screening tests were a bit cumbersome. You should brush up on your grammar and knowledge of office memo and business letter formatting to get past the online screening portion. The in person, on-site interview was very casual and easy. The overall process was pretty smooth. I didn't hear back after the on-site interview until a month later when I received the offer letter via email.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
