Process was smooth, but HR doesn't have clue about the requirements of organization. Instead of that if this has already been conveyed to HR to filter only candidate with minimum amount of companies on resume should be shortlisted as in 85 minutes of discussion with manager we spent 40 minutes on why you should be not sticking with one organization.
