Interview
They reached out by email after finding my resume on indeed. I First had two phone interviews with an H.R. person then a personal interview with one of the company Executive chefs. He was very relaxed and seemed uninterested throughout our conversation. Right when he started checking his phone constantly I should have just got up and left.

Question 1
Pretty much the typical B.S. Nothing out of the ordinary except some questions about an old chef that I worked for previously. Kind of made some things uncomfortable.

Interview
I was greeted by the executive chef as soon as I entered the restaurant. He lead me to the dining area to sit for my interview. Mr. Brown by saying he was glad I made it he had reviewed my resume and was impressed and was interested in hiring me. He wanted to know what my goal was working for the company and I responded to make great food to learn all I can I've always had a passion for cooking and food and my goal is to become the best at my craft and I want to make this restaurant the same. I continued to tell him I knew of the restaurant's reputation and passion for food and I wanted to be apart of that to take the restaurant and myself to the next level.
