Initial communication was a telephone call, in response to my resume which I mailed to the firm's hiring committee, scheduling an in-person interview with the head of the Admiralty Department of the firm.The head of the Admiralty Department was familiar with my brief and memoranda writing, as well as my past performance in pre-trial conferences and in oral argument in open court, from a series of cases in which Fowler Rodriguez and I were both involved. So, more than a few of the attorneys at Fowler Rodriguez were already familiar with my legal work product before the in-person interview.
