My experience with this company’s hiring process was frustrating and ultimately a waste of time. The job description did not accurately reflect what the role actually required. Based on the posting, I was a strong match and was invited to interview. However, during the interview, I was repeatedly asked about experience in areas that were never mentioned as requirements in the job description. It felt as though either the role had changed without being updated, or my CV had not been properly reviewed beforehand. This created a confusing and awkward experience where I was left questioning why I had been invited in the first place. To make matters worse, the interview was scheduled at an inconvenient time due to time zone differences, which required additional effort on my part to accommodate. Despite that, I approached the conversation professionally. Unfortunately, there was no followup or feedback after the interview, which reflects poorly on the company’s communication and candidate experience. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking in respect for candidates’ time.
