There was a mock simulation that was taken, after that was passed there were two interviews. The two people interviewing made things feel relaxed and were happy to elaborate on any questions that I had. The second interview was similar to the first, a bit more in-depth with questions regarding seeing past work experience situations and asking "where do you see yourself in the next 5 years". Speak about a time when you had to collaborate with another co-worker ?
Customer based questions. If you have retail experience connect it to being a teller. It was an open house & fairly easy. Just prepare & ask questions at the end to seem engaged in the interviewing process
The interview was with hr on zoom where they went into great detail on the job position, what is expected of me and the hours and pay and what they offer.
