Definitely one of the worst interviews I ever had in my life. The recruiter was not well trained in interviewing candidates. It was only the initial phone call and she called me late and then rushed the rest of the interview. It is standard practice for the interviewer to ask the candidate If they have any questions at the end of the conversation, but that did not happen. I told her I had a couple of questions to ask, and she said “Well, we don’t have that much time left, but sure that’s fine.” that completely turned me off. It was a very one-sided interview, and when she did answer my questions, she gave me inadequate information. Once the interview ended, I emailed her right away that this was not a good organizational fit for me. Please do better at recruiting candidates. If you want great talent, you have to treat them with respect, and allow them to ask questions. Also, the recruiter needs to be better informed about the role to properly answer questions.
