Interview process reasonably straight forward. I had to speak to different people in different role which was a little confusing as who was who. The inter view was via zoom which is always a little strange but I was given the opportunity to see the home before acceptance.

Friendly and very welcoming staff in the care home. Management team and admin in the home were very helpful, professional and efficient. The interview was conducted with ease in a relaxed manner. Questions were answered well and explained with clarity.
