VP, each ask questions about our knowledge of the job, it lasted about 30 minutes, it was followed up with a letter, the problem was I knew morew about the job than they did with the Schooling an Traing that I have, being a 4th generation Licensced Plumber and Pipefitter 45yrs in the Business counts for something, they ready had someone for the job they always do, but becuase it a Federal Contract ther go threw the process of the interviews to cover their Butts.
