Discussion about how I would approach developing a partnership motion from scratch and description of experience with prior successes. It's a new role for Fountain so the discussion was very interactive and iterative. In the end, they paused the interviewing due to reorg - I don't believe they moved forward with hiring anyone which is a shame. Seems like a great company with loads of untapped partnership channel potential.
Human Resources screening with standard questions. Very agreeable, seemed to want someone with an AI focus. Process is three more interviews after that with experience based questions with senior leadership.

Interview
Fountain’s interview process was pretty lengthy (3 interviews and a presentation), but everyone was professional, kind, and transparent. The presentation meeting composed of a 30 minute presentation to a panel followed by a 15 section for questions. Overall it was a straightforward interview process but it was lengthy.
