quick and simple. gave all the details necessary. asked for experience and how I would handle situations, and how I respond to stress. told me exactly what I needed to know to move on with the interview process. was more of a friendly chat than an interview. gave me a job offer at the end

Casual in conversation. I didn't think my interview went well as I was very out of practice but they were desperate for workers at the time as it was at the peak of the pandemic. It may be different now

After submitting an application online I received a video call where I had to show proof of my right to work, then I was asked standard interview questions like examples where you've worked as a team, worked during intense times etc etc

Interview
Very easy- One phone call and got the job. No tests- possibly to most easy interview in history, I didn't even realise I was being interviewed. One stage and nothing to worry about if you have a right to work in the uk.
