Screening interview provided zero company insight. I spent twenty years pn the carrier side managing a multi-million dollar block of business. Got a form letter rejection without meaningful feedback. There was an implication since I had been semi retired for a few years, and obtained a college degree during that time, that y work break made me much less valuable. Actually quite the opposite is true.

Do you have any professional licenses (which should have been a bit of a red flag since it’s on my resume)
I was contacted by the Recruiter back in April. And my first interview was set up for May. My second interview was set up a few weeks later in May, and then nothing. After numerous follow-up emails with the Recruiter and being told he is meeting with the two heads of the department I interviewed with to discuss my candidacy, I can say at this point, I have been ghosted. Why tell me you are discussing my candidacy for this role and not following up? I've been waiting for two months now. Why waste my time? Very rude and quite unprofessional!
