Interview with three Regional Directors; they ask about my background in oncology, pathology, diagnostic experience, etc.and then the final RD (my future mgr); also talk with an HR person ,

Question 1
Experience in the oncology industry esp. pathology and NGS
2 rounds starting with hiring manager, then director. Each person asked thoughtful questions, and I felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person. Unfortunately, did not get an offer due to internal movement, but I thought it was a great experience.
