First and second interviews, will ask about diversity and your lived experience. May be done on Zoom or in-person. Usually one or two people in your interview. Not very intimidating!

The interview is very straight forward. They asked questions about you and your work experience. They care about what you can bring to the table. They are relatively nice and friendly, which makes the interview a lot more relax.
