Horrible. Bill Cea is very rude.
I didn't want to proceed so I was blasted with insults. I was in genuine shock and found it slightly funny that he was behaving that way.

Interview
Process was quick and everyone was very professional. Started with a phone screening and moved on to a face-to-face interview. The questions asked were standard; mostly about my resume or how I would react to a certain objection. People were friendly and made it clear they cared about my responses. After this it was an incredibly fast turnaround for the second interview. I was then made an offer and accepted.

Interview
A wonderful interview process, moved in a reasonable timeframe and interviewed with top-notch people. Everyone at Foster Beck wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the position and set up to succeed in the position. The interview process involved multiple phone conversations, an on-site visit to the corporate office, and checking references.
