The process began with a recruiter screening involving standard questions, after which I was told to expect a case study. Despite following up several times, it took a while to receive it. The case study was an Excel-based exercise, and after submission, I was invited to their Assessment Centre. This involved multiple interviews in one day, including a group discussion and a presentation that had to be submitted the day prior. Overall, the process felt overly time consuming and inefficient, especially considering the role’s compensation of just $60K in Austin, TX, a detail disclosed only later in the process. It was a disappointing experience for a position that is significantly underpaid.
