First I had a recruiter screen, followed by 2 interviews with associates / senior associates at the company. There was another round where you go in person to meet leadership but I didn't make it that far

There is a strong focus on candidate fit in addition to structured problem solving that is tested. Forward seems to really be focused on finding the right characters for their team and that comes through their interview process.

Can you explain why you are excited to work in healthtech and specifically Forward?
It started well. The complete interview process for me was good is what I thought. However, later on the interviewer for just boasting about the company. It was more of a marketing tactic rather than an interview to hire a candidate.
