Interview
They wanted to know the applicant personally, rather than viewing them as just a number or worker. It was a phenomenal experience and I can not wait to see what else they have in store for my class and those to follow.

What do you look for in a company that you want to work for?
The first stage process was a live teams interview followed by an assessment centre. I felt like the process was personal and actually enjoyed both the interview and assessment centre.

Felt like interviewer was vibe checking and wanted to know if i would fit well in the team. they knew that fresh grads wouldnt have much industry knowledge so they did not question much on it. friendly and very understanding.

Interview
40 minute call with a recruiter, simple conversational questions assessing experiences, motivations and some hypothetical questions. The interviewer was friendly and relaxed. Conducted over the phone, with the next steps being an in person assessment centre.
