Smooth and easy. My first interview was with the CEO and it was at their offices in San Francisco. I had an initial screening call via a recruiter and was then set up with a face to face interview. It was a fairly standard discussion and took just a bit under an hour. Next steps were clearly out lined and discussed and I was planning to ping him directly to see about talking with another employee at their SF office. I reached out and never heard back, but the recruiter told me 'they'd decided not to proceed.' Long after the interview I'd heard from a VP of Sales that I know that "they were having a hard time finding a VP of Sales that fit with the company culture."
