Initial phone call with someone in the company, if they think its a good fit then you will have a second round virtual interview with someone else, Third round interview is in person. They set you up with a flight an hotel if needed. It's an all day process so plan on being there from 8am-7pm. It's more so of talking with almost everyone in the company. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to! Company culture was seemed great
Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.

An in person all day process to learn more about the company. You will speak to several people in many roles in the office as well as have the opportunity to shadow one of the employees towards the end of the interview.
