I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems
Interview
This process was unprofessional and poor. Think sketchy fraternity in the business world. Wish I had not interviewed with them at all. They contacted me on linkedin -- one of many people as they call themselves "hounds" in their direct messaging. Then they flew me out to Dallas but did not cover all expenses like an uber to the airport after my interview. STAY AWAY!!!!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Dallas, TX) in May 2023
Interview
I spoke over the phone a few times with a current employee recruiting me. I had to pay for a flight for an In-person interview day with other candidates but was reimbursed. Not much to it the 1 day besides conversing with the employees and lunch and happy hour.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very conversational and welcoming. I felt that most of my questions were answered to the best of their abilities. I was flown out for a final interview and well taken care of, I enjoyed my experience and getting to meet some of the team.
I was reached out by one of the employees looking for former student athletes to possibly look into working for them. Interview was quick and friendly, highly recommend the process even if you are only slightly interested.
