2 weeks after i applied, I was invited to an online webinar in which I was given a test assignment. I was given 2 weeks time research and come up with an imaginary product's marketing video for Fortinet. I spent considerable time to come research and time to make this video. 10 days after the submission, I emailed them enquiring if they had received the video (they did not even bother sending a confirmation). Sameday I got an online interview request. I was interviewed via gotomeeting. It was a 2 step interview. First I was interviewed by their Video Team Lead and then by their Director, Product Management.
