Experience may be different due to COVID-19 Referred by previous work colleague, chatted via email regarding the position that would suit me, officially applied, tech interview conducted, personal interview conducted with seniors who currently work in the field that I'd be slated for. Awaiting offer. Very simple and friendly, easy to apply and welcoming in terms of conversations had via email and over the phone.

Applied online and interviewed over the phone. Easily passed the technical interview. Despite being told I did a great job immediately after the interview, I was turned away a few days later. They explained they didn't want to hire me because I was in the reserves and awaiting to go to a 6 month SIGINT course within the next 2 years. Never even went unfortunately. Kinda offended that I wasn't offered the position solely because of my military service. Not a military friendly company.
