Interview
Very little vetting, the interview was quick and pretty painless and the owners showed little to no interest in holding up too much time. They seemed more concerned about getting wrapped up and on to the next event.
This interview was for a contract, project-based position; not a full-time role at Fort West. And, while we always want to treat our interviews with respect, this interview was much more focused on assessing talents and executional ability than it was on cultural fit and long-term career goals.
