Fort Lee MWR interview questions

During the interview there was a language barrier between the club manager and the interviewee. The interviewer spoke as if the position was already filled by you, and relayed too many details in regards to where you stack with others interviewed. The questions were basic knowledge, based on skill level of the manager and what she thought the knowledge of the applicant should be. She was not familiar with the ins and outs of the position, but has a strong knowledge of management.
