Forsyth Barnes interview questions

Four rounds of interviews, repeated recruiter calls, and a reference check involving four contacts rather than the standard two. The team personally called each reference and contacted the HR department of a previous employer without my permission to investigate my time there. Nearly 17 years in marketing, and I've never seen anything like it!
