The in-person assessment day was divided into three sections:
1. Group project and presentation. The specific task was about the future of the firm
2. Partner Interview. This was very relaxed, mainly about you as a candidate and why you chose to apply to the firm
3. Written task. This was to write a response to an inquiry about potential risks with a new real estate purchase
Application, video interview, in-person assessment centre. Maybe also tests pre video interview. Assessment centre involved a group task and group presentation, a written test, and an interview. At the end of the vacation scheme, was interviewed for a training contract.

Interview
Very positive - two interviewers and generally made to feel very relaxed throughout. The interviewers were friendly and I was asked skills-based and competency questions. After an online assessment form there was an assessment centre, which involved a partner interview, group exercise and a case study written test too.
