Interview
The interview process was okay. Had 3 rounds. First was with the Auditing Managers, Second round was with the HR, and the Auditing Team and the managers on-site. Lastly was with the Audit Director through Teams. It took approximately 3weeks.

The Questions were more of Behavioral plus problems solving skills based on my experience with IT Auditing (the how-to, or how did you questions).

Phone screen, panel via MS Teams, 1/2 day on sight interviews with team, and final Teams interview with VP / leadership. Good interactive experience based interviews. Didn't get to meet the finance audit side or understand some of the larger team dynamics.
