Formitable interview questions

People in the team are nice but I had 4 interviews including the last one and they rejected me. They said that they were looking for more experienced tester about test automation field. I didn't find it fair because no one tested my automation skills during the interview process. They didn't ask any technical questions about test automation. They are not professional about interviewing and hiring the right people.

After an initial call to find out more about the job spec there was a first interview to check values and culture overlapped, as well as CV and job requirement were a fit. After this a task was given to be completed within a week followed up by an interview with the manager of the department, focused intensely on the position and role within it. Finally, a meeting in person was had in Amsterdam, as all previous ones were done digitally.
