The steps are the following:
1. Call a recruiter
2. Coding Test
3. Tech team video-call
My experience was super bad because you have to spend a lot of time doing a test without even knowing to which team you'll be working with. If I've learned something with this process is that I won't spend that much time without knowing the team and the concrete project.
Write a go library and run it in docker. The feedback was very strange. I wonder they don't review the code and run it. Maybe their setup has problems.
